30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

1. Novel Products, Inc. has a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. With only a few exceptions, all products may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
2. Products must be returned in new condition with all original packaging, instructions, manuals, etc. Shipping charges are not refundable.
3. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number. Call us at 1-800-323-5143 or 1-815-624-4888 for an authorization number.
4. Return either by insured mail or UPS to NOVEL PRODUCTS, INC. 3266 YALE BRIDGE RD, ROCKTON, IL 61072. Enclose a copy of your invoice with the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER, and daytime phone number.
5. Returns are subject to inspection by NOVEL PRODUCTS, INC. Merchandise not manufactured by Novel Products, Inc. is not warrantied beyond 30 days. For problems arising after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer.
6. This Satisfaction Guarantee in no way changes or limits the LIMITED WARRANTY.

Limited Warranty

1. Products MANUFACTURED by Novel Products, Inc. are warrantied for one year to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. All implied warranties, arising under state law, whether statutory or otherwise, including the implied warranties of merchantability, of fitness, for a particular purpose or ordinary purpose, are limited in duration to one year.
2. Novel Products, Inc. liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement, free of charge, but not including installation or any other charges, of the products or any part that is defective.
3. All defective parts must be returned to NOVEL PRODUCTS, INC. P.O. BOX 408, ROCKTON, IL 61072-0408 or to an authorized dealer, within one year after shipment of the products.
4. Novel Products Inc. shall never be liable for any incidental damages or for defect resulting from abuse or improper use of its products.
